| Returns |

| No returned goods will be
accepted without prior authorization.. Returns must be made
within 10 days of purchase and have a prior R.A.# with
return freight paid. Shipping charges are not refundable.

| Damages |

| Claims of shortages or
damaged shipments must be made with the carrier immediately
for proper claim handling. Our responsibility ceases when
delivery is made to the carrier in good order.

| Defective Merchandise |

| We stand behind all of our
products, upon deliver, being free of defects. We offer a
10-day inspection of all products. Upon receipt, inspect the
merchandise to evaluate its function. In the unlikely event
that you receive a defective product, we will replace that
product at no charge to you except the shipping it costs you
to send it to us. We are not a warranty repair station for
any manufacturer. Returns of defective merchandise past 10
days must be made directly to the manufacturer for repair or
replacement. |
